Manage daily store operations and staff
Drive sales and achieve store targets
Control inventory, stock and shrinkage
Ensure great customer experience and merchandising
Analyse performance and report to management
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Retail
Working knowledge of Retail Operations, Team Management, Sales Targets, Inventory Management
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Vasco da Gama, Goa
