What you'll do

1. Regional Procurement & Team Leadership
Lead and manage the North East regional procurement team, ensuring effective execution of procurement plans and alignment with central sourcing strategies.
Drive capability building, performance management, and a strong culture of ownership and collaboration within the team.
Actively participate as a member of the Regional Leadership Team, contributing to business decisions and strategic initiatives.
2. RM / PM Availability & Supply Assurance
Ensure continuous availability of RM and PM to support manufacturing and business continuity across the region.
Work closely with plants, material planning, and central teams to mitigate supply risks and manage demand variability.
Support and implement new sourcing initiatives and regional projects related to RM, PM, and spares.
3. MRO & Indirect Spend Management
Lead regional sourcing, negotiation, and contracting for MROs and indirect materials.
