What you'll do

As an HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior business leaders across Global Functions, International business and SAARC team to shape and drive the people agenda aligned with business priorities.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, bringing together business understanding, people insights and HR expertise to solve organization challenges, strengthen leadership capability and build high-performing teams. The role requires the ability to independently lead conversations on talent, organization design, succession, capability building and employee engagement while driving key HR interventions from strategy through execution.
Working closely with the HR Lead, you will influence business decisions through data, insights and forward-looking recommendations, while ensuring excellence in the execution of critical people processes. Success in this role requires the ability to independently influence senior stakeholders, simplify ambiguous people challenges into actionable recommendations, and drive meaningful HR conversations with minimal supervision. You will lead the HR team in SriLanka and Bangladesh including factory HR along with the global function team member.
