Support customer onboarding and journeys
Respond to queries and resolve issues
Maintain customer records in the CRM
Track satisfaction and success metrics
Coordinate with internal teams
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

A relevant degree/diploma (freshers / 0–2 years welcome)
Foundational knowledge of Communication, CRM, Problem Solving, Advanced Excel
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Delhi / New Delhi
