What you'll do

• Job Title- Client Implementation Analyst, AYST
• Location- Mumbai, India
• Role Description
• The Client Implementation Analyst (Documentation) supports the efficient delivery of implementation & documentation tasks and will act as a support resource throughout the project, working under the direct supervision of the Client Implementation Manager(s).
• Key tasks include (but not limited to) document generation, electronic banking system setups, performing & creating testing, supporting the resolution of client queries and issues.

Who can apply

• The person required for the above position should have the following profile:
• German -Proficiency in German speaking B1 level, German speaking and writing; able to communicate in German with clients. Language skills: fluency in German (1-3 years of experience)
• English - Proficiency in English speaking and writing; able to communicate with clients.
• 1-3 years of handling client facing role.
• 1 year of experience in handling Cash Management products is preferred.
• Experience in IT systems administration/Networking will be an advantage
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills in German / English
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
