What you'll do

• Build, train and evaluate models against a defined metric
• Engineer features and check for leakage before trusting results
• Deploy models and monitor them for drift
• Run experiments and report results without overclaiming
• Work with engineering on serving and latency
• Flag risks and blockers early rather than at the deadline
• Keep your tracker and status honest, including when something has slipped

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics) or MBA (Analytics) from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of relevant experience — internships, academic projects and personal work all count, and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Comfort with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow and a serving stack, and the ability to pick up an unfamiliar tool without waiting to be taught it
• The judgement to know when a problem is yours to solve and when it needs escalating — and to escalate with the relevant detail attached.
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate
