What you'll do

•  Loan Sourcing:
• o Proactively generate leads through self-sourcing (cold calling, field visits,
• referrals, digital platforms, etc.).
• o Build and manage a reliable network of connectors such as property dealers,
• chartered accountants, and other channel partners to source loan
• o Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion.

Who can apply

•  1-2 years of experience in Direct sourcing of Affordable Mortgage loans ( LAP and
•  Understanding of Legal and Technical aspects of mortgage loans
•  Good understanding of local economy.
•  Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
•  Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong partner networks.
•  Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
