What you'll do

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from role kick-off through candidate onboarding.
Partner with Engineering leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
Hire across Product Engineering and Technology functions, including Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, Cloud, Data, Security, AI/ML and Product roles.
Independently manage both high-volume hiring as well as niche/specialized technical searches.
Build strong talent pipelines using sourcing platforms, referrals, networking and direct search techniques.
Drive candidate engagement while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct recruiter screenings to evaluate technical alignment, motivation, communication skills and cultural fit.
Manage recruitment metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance and hiring quality.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve hiring processes and ensure timely delivery against hiring goals.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports within the ATS.

Who can apply

Prior experience hiring for high-growth engineering teams.
Understanding of modern software development technologies and engineering skill sets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly scaling environment.
Strong data-driven recruitment mindset with attention to hiring metrics.
Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills.
Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
Hybrid: Work from Office (3-4 days per week)
