What you'll do

Run safety audits and close identified hazards to a deadline
Investigate incidents and near misses and act on the cause
Maintain statutory registers, permits and compliance records
Conduct safety induction and refresher training
Track and report EHS KPIs to plant leadership
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of EHS Compliance, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRA)
Comfort with HIRA, audit checklists and statutory registers, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
