What you'll do

  • Run safety audits and close identified hazards to a deadline
  • Investigate incidents and near misses and act on the cause
  • Maintain statutory registers, permits and compliance records
  • Conduct safety induction and refresher training
  • Track and report EHS KPIs to plant leadership
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of EHS Compliance, Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRA)
  • Comfort with HIRA, audit checklists and statutory registers, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
