Who can apply

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market, including key customers, competitors, and regulatory landscape.
* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
