What you'll do

• Prepare and clean datasets for the analytics team under a senior analyst
• Build simple dashboards and recurring reports, reviewed before release
• Run first-pass analyses and summarise what the data shows
• Cross-check published numbers against source systems
• Document your queries and steps so the work is repeatable
• Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
• Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science), B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI
• Comfort with SQL, Excel and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
• Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Jalandhar, Punjab or willing to relocate
