What you'll do

Welcome and connect with every customer, anticipating their needs
Deliver legendary customer service with a "customer comes first" attitude
Prepare quality beverages and food to Starbucks recipe and presentation standards
Follow operational, health, safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Handle cash and maintain a clean, organised store workspace
Contribute to a positive team environment and support new-partner training

Who can apply

No previous experience required
12th/Diploma completed (6-month track) or graduation in any field (12-month track)
Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team
Regular, consistent attendance and punctuality; meets store dress code
