Source and screen candidates and schedule interviews
Support onboarding and HR documentation
Help run employee-engagement activities
Maintain HR records and trackers
Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma (role-dependent, any stream where applicable)
Foundational knowledge of Recruitment, Communication, MS Excel, Employee Engagement
Good communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn
Based in or open to working from Indore, Madhya Pradesh (or remote where applicable)
A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
