sourcing candidates on LinkedIn/job boards
screening resumes and profiles
scheduling and coordinating interviews
maintaining the candidate pipeline in the ATS
supporting offer and onboarding
Collaborate with the team and document your work
Take ownership of assigned tasks and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA (HR) or any graduate
Foundational knowledge of Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Screening, ATS
Good communication and a genuine willingness to learn
Based in or open to working from Pune
A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
