supporting customer onboarding
answering queries and resolving issues
tracking customer health and usage
gathering feedback for the product team
maintaining CRM records

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed Any graduate; BBA/MBA a plus
Foundational knowledge of Communication, CRM, Customer Support, Onboarding
Good communication and a genuine willingness to learn
Based in or open to working from Pune
A portfolio, project or coursework you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
