What you'll do

Design and own the test-automation framework and strategy across AI platforms
Define and enforce test-pyramid principles: unit, integration, contract and E2E
Lead architecture for automation tooling, CI/CD test pipelines and test observability
Establish standards for test-data management, environment parity and flakiness elimination
Own performance testing — load, stress, soak and spike — for backend services and APIs
Define performance baselines, SLOs and regression gates integrated into CI/CD

Who can apply

Strong programming skills in Python
Basic knowledge of statistics and linear algebra
Hands-on with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
Understanding of core ML concepts and model-evaluation metrics
Familiarity with data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy
Bonus: computer vision (OpenCV, CNNs, YOLO), LLMs, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps
