What you'll do

• Assist in the preparation and production of food items as per standard recipes.
• Learn and follow all kitchen SOPs and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Support inventory handling, stock rotation (FIFO), and proper storage of ingredients.
• Assist in packing and dispatching products for outlets.
• Ensure quality and consistency in every product prepared.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely after receiving training.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform any other kitchen-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
