What you'll do
- Design and own the test-automation framework and strategy across AI platforms
- Define and enforce test-pyramid principles: unit, integration, contract and E2E
- Lead architecture for automation tooling, CI/CD test pipelines and test observability
- Establish standards for test-data management, environment parity and flakiness elimination
- Own performance testing — load, stress, soak and spike — for backend services and APIs
- Define performance baselines, SLOs and regression gates integrated into CI/CD
Who can apply
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Basic knowledge of statistics and linear algebra
- Hands-on with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn
- Understanding of core ML concepts and model-evaluation metrics
- Familiarity with data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy
- Bonus: computer vision (OpenCV, CNNs, YOLO), LLMs, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps
