What you'll do

• Cultural Integration and Team Cohesion:

• Develop and implement initiatives that promote cross-cultural understanding, communication, and collaboration between teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees seeking guidance on navigating cultural differences and fostering inclusive practices.
• Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with global initiatives and business objectives, ensuring local relevance and impact.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance on organizational changes, talent management, HR policies, and program implementation.
• Employee Relations and Performance Management:
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.
• Coach and guide managers on performance management best practices, employee development, and conflict resolution.

Who can apply

• 12+ years of experience in Human Resources (including Payroll & benefits, and 6+ years of HR Manager experience)
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business administration is preferred
• Experience working with Global Teams (preferably US teams)
• Experience rolling out shift systems (swing & night shifts), policies, guidance, & Compliance
• Excellent manager & employee coaching skills, interpersonal & communication skills; Ability to lead & facilitate training & present
• Act as a strategic business partner & consultant, the ability to assess gaps, be proactive, and offer creative solutions.
