What you'll do

We are looking for a consultant or developer with extensive knowledge of web service technologies (GraphQL, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.) If you enjoy problem-solving, developing user-friendly applications, and expanding your technical skills, this role could be a great fit for you!
• The Workday Success Plans team works directly with customers through targeted micro consulting engagements to help solve their business needs using the Workday application. Responsible for acting as a trusted Workday advisor, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with how-to questions, troubleshoot and guide customers through configuration, and provide feature demonstrations. As a Workday expert, customers will benefit from your knowledge as you share your experience, identify key considerations, and highlight standard methodologies.

• Primary responsibilities of this role include delivering various services to Workday Success Plans customers focussed on Workday Extend applications. To be successful, you will:
• Guide customers through Workday configuration, providing expert advice and best practices.
• Demonstrate Workday capabilities and lead customers towards optimal solutions.
• Resolve product configuration challenges and optimize solutions to meet business needs.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication, presentations, and consultations.
• Develop and deliver webinars that showcase Workday's potential for achieving business goals.
• Champion Workday product expertise, staying current with Workday certifications and the product roadmap.

Who can apply

• Basic Qualifications:
• 4+ years of Extend experience, preferably Workday Extend certified.
• 6-8 years of Workday Integrations experience
• Hands-on experience with web services/application types (REST or SOAP).
• Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Interest in learning about authentication technologies (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• A problem-solving mindset and a desire to engage with customers and grow professionally.
