What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects running in parallel.
• Plan, execute, and track projects using Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery, timelines, and scope.
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks, sprints, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, marketing).
• Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Actively manage scope, priorities, risks, and dependencies across accounts.
• Ensure deadlines, quality benchmarks, and client expectations are consistently met.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks early and unblock teams quickly.
• Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and reporting for internal and client use.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager , preferably in a digital or tech agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and concurrent projects .
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks .
• Excellent understanding of project planning, estimation, and execution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage clients and internal teams.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar.
