• Client & Project Management
• Manage multiple digital marketing projects for US-based clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client objectives, translate them into actionable project requirements, and ensure timely execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Maintain prompt communication and responsiveness with clients and internal teams.
• Respond to client queries and team requests promptly and ensure action items are followed through.
• Conduct regular client communication, status updates, meetings, and presentations.
• Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and potential delays and resolve them.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.

• Review and provide feedback on creatives, copy, content, social posts, campaigns, and marketing assets.
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives.
• Contribute to campaign strategy, creative concepts, content ideas, and marketing planning.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional marketing teams.
