What you'll do

• Conduct daily quality audits of HR transactions, including both financial and non-financial activities, in accordance with defined sampling methodologies and quality standards.
• Ensure 100% audit coverage for critical and high-risk transactions while applying risk-based sampling approaches where appropriate.
• Review transactions against SOPs, process documentation, policy requirements, system validations, and internal controls.
• Maintain high audit accuracy standards and ensure timely and accurate updates within audit systems and tools, including QuEST.
• Audit Reporting & Analysis
• Document audit findings with clear categorisation, supporting evidence, and impact assessment.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify recurring issues, process gaps, and defect trends.
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel and Power BI.
• Monitor rework activities, reversals, escalations, and corrective action plans through to completion.

Who can apply

• Essential Experience & Qualifications
• 3 to 6+ years of experience in HR Quality, Audit, Compliance, or related operational quality functions.
• Graduate or Postgraduate qualification. Candidates with HR expertise, MBA (HR), or BE qualifications are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operational processes and quality assurance principles.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience performing quality reviews, compliance assessments, and root cause analysis.
• Desired Experience
• Experience supporting business process improvement, value realisation, and strategic planning initiatives.
