What you'll do

• Define appropriate test strategies based on telecom technology stacks, delivery approaches, and strategic initiatives
• Plan, coordinate, and execute performance testing activities to meet project milestones and quality objectives
• Develop dynamic scripts and realistic scenarios; execute performance tests and analyse outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance issues and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Maintain and apply testing standards, metrics, processes, and reporting practices
• Enhance automation levels and promote reuse of test assets such as scripts and datasets
• Develop and maintain Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategies aligned with project risks and timelines
• Perform volumetric analysis and evaluate non-functional requirements
• Utilise performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and SOAP UI across multiple protocols
• Work within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, and Maven
