What you'll do

• Design, configure, and optimize Adobe Marketo automations, campaigns, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Marketo programs, nurture streams, scoring models, and segmentation.
• Integrate Marketo with Adobe Experience Cloud and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide platform support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Analyze marketing workflows to improve efficiency and automation maturity.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to design scalable solutions.
• Ensure data hygiene, governance, and adherence to marketing best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–6 years of hands-on Adobe Marketo experience.

• Strong expertise in B2B marketing automation, lead management, and campaign operations.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo APIs, integrations, and customizations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Additional Preferences
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics.
