What you'll do

  • Execute preventive maintenance schedules and record compliance
  • Attend breakdowns and restore machines within target time
  • Analyse repeat failures and eliminate their root cause
  • Maintain spare parts stock and critical spares list
  • Support machine installation and commissioning
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, Hydraulics & Pneumatics
  • Comfort with CMMS, hydraulics and electrical diagnostics, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate
