Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Shared Services, Business Operations, Data Governance, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience working within an operational support environment with defined SLAs and service delivery expectations.
• Proven experience servicing work requests, investigating incidents, troubleshooting issues, and resolving operational problems independently.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts, including data governance, data quality, hierarchy management, workflows, standards, and controls.
• Experience working with MDM and ERP platforms such as Syndigo/Riversand, SAP, SAP MDG, JD Edwards, Oracle, or comparable enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues and determine root causes.
• Experience developing and executing testing scenarios, validation activities, and process documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
