What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for Commercial and Shared Services in India, acting as a trusted partner to business leaders to drive people priorities, including performance, talent, and workforce planning.
• · Manage employee relations matters and support investigations, while driving engagement initiatives to build a positive and high-performing work environment.
• · Ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and benefits, with strong adherence to local compliance requirements.
• · Drive and ensure effective execution of performance management, compensation cycles, and manpower planning aligned with business needs.
• · Partner with cluster, regional and global HR teams to implement HR programs and deliver consistent, high-quality HR solutions to the business.
• · Identify capability gaps and partner with business and CoEs to design and implement development solutions.
• · Lead HR transformation initiatives, process improvements, and change programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
• · Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignements as directed by the line manager.
