What you'll do

• Provide Level 2, Level 3 support for Java based Medical application.
• Troubleshoot and identify root causes.
• Working with cross functional team members to identify, document, investigate and resolve user issues/concerns.
• Collaboration with stakeholders including R&D, DevOps, third parties, Scrum & Delivery teams and Investigation teams.
• Well versed in ITIL process and maintain Lifecyle while resolution ticket.
• Form partnership with team and balance uneven workloads across team to meet SLA, deployments and projects milestones.
• Drive productivity with focus on automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across global teams and partner with R&D to meet business goals.
• Document processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
• Establish root causes for application errors and help address the issues.
