Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Python and AWS services.
• Build and optimize Agentic AI systems utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK, or AutoGen.
• Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases, embeddings, and LLMs.
• Architect end-to-end AI applications including prompt engineering, model orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor development teams on AI/ML best practices.
• Implement and fine-tune machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
• Build secure, scalable, and cloud-native AI applications leveraging AWS services.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Cloud, Product, and Business stakeholders.

Who can apply

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and back-end architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, or a Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
• Expertise in server-side development, system integration, and API management; strong knowledge of database design, optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Must-have skills:
• Expert-level proficiency in Python with strong experience in building scalable enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and cloud-native application development.
• Strong experience in Agentic AI development, including designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Solid foundation in Machine Learning concepts, model development, deployment, and optimization.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following frameworks:
