• Offshore Transition Manager
• 1. Strategic Planning & Governance
• Review the program agreement from the onshore US Bank team along with US Bank GCC team
• Establish a Transition Management Office (TMO) and governance framework to monitor progress, risks, and KPIs.
• Align transition goals with organizational strategy and GCC objectives
• 2. Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary liaison between Onshore US Bank, Offshore US Bank GCC, internal teams, and vendors.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment through regular communication forums and escalation channels.
• Drive collaboration across global and local teams for smooth execution. Strategic Planning & Governance
• 3. Talent & Resource Management

• 4. Knowledge Transfer (KT) & Change Management

• Manage escalations for delays, resource constraints, or contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards
• 6. Operational Execution
• Support transition phases: due diligence, planning, ramp-up, and stabilization.
