• Role Description:
• The Independent Risk Review and Assessment (IRRA) organization in Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C) serves as U.S. Bank’s independent second line of defense, providing objective assessments of the effectiveness of the Bank’s Risk Management framework across credit, compliance, and operational risks.
• The Independent Assessment and Modernization team within the IRRA Program Office is seeking a Review Enablement Lead Analyst to support the advancement of IRRA’s review capabilities. This role partners closely with IRRA teams to identify, design, and implement data-enabled, technology-driven review enhancements, including system-driven testing and automation. The Lead Analyst will also support broader process improvement initiatives that enhance review quality, efficiency, and consistency. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is accountable for advancing IRRA review methodologies and enablement practices in partnership with leadership.

Who can apply

• · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• · Seven to ten years of relevant professional experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or related disciplines.
