Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Product Execution & Support
• Support the definition and execution of product vision and roadmap for SaaS and AI-based solutions.
• Work with senior product managers to translate business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent capabilities such as predictive insights or automation.
• Conduct market and user research, analyze metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance product value.
• Ensure product releases meet standards for security, performance, and scalability.
• Project Delivery
• Manage end-to-end delivery of product releases across public (AWS, Azure, GCP) and private cloud environments.
• Coordinate project timelines, sprints, and dependencies using Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to ensure on-time execution.

• Track progress against defined KPIs and milestones, highlighting risks and dependencies proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, design, and customer success to ensure delivery excellence.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of goals and deliverables.
• Support communication on project updates, risks, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to building a collaborative and transparent delivery culture within agile teams.
• 4–6 years of experience in product delivery or project coordination within SaaS or Cloud environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML-based platforms or features such as AIOps, NLP, or predictive analytics.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS architecture (APIs, microservices).
