What you'll do
- Research and build lists of prospective clients, partners and market segments
- Support outreach over email, calls and social to generate qualified leads
- Help prepare pitch decks, proposals and competitive comparisons
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in the CRM
- Join client calls and meetings, take notes and track follow-ups
- Analyse pipeline metrics — conversion rates, cycle length, win/loss reasons
- Coordinate with marketing, product and operations to unblock deals
- Track industry news and competitor moves relevant to the market
Who can apply
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing or any discipline
- 0–2 years of professional experience — 2023–2026 graduates and freshers with strong project work are encouraged to apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (regional languages a plus)
- Confidence in speaking to new people and handling objections politely
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and basic pipeline analysis
- Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or LeadSquared) is a plus
- Research skills — you can profile a company and find the right person to reach
- Resilience, persistence and a target-driven mindset
- Strong organisation and follow-through on commitments
- Interest in the industry and genuine curiosity about customers' problems
