What you'll do

• HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, internal transfers, documentation, and offboarding.
• Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are updated in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
• Support employee queries related to HR policies, processes, benefits, payroll, and other People matters.
• Support compliance with company policies, Indian labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes.
• Talent Acquisition Support

Who can apply

• Support the Talent Acquisition function as hiring continues to scale in India.
• Assist with sourcing and identifying candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage candidate communication, scheduling, and interview follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and hiring status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support offer coordination, pre-joining engagement, and transition of candidates into onboarding.
• Help maintain hiring trackers, reports, and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure candidates have a positive and well-coordinated experience throughout the hiring process.
