What you'll do

• Strategy & Trend Forecasting: Develop and execute a 24 months innovation roadmap. Research global jewellery trends, emerging materials and consumer buying triggers.
• Pipeline Management: Lead the end-to-end innovation process—from initial ideation and prototyping to pre-production samples.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design teams, CAD/CAM operators, and production managers to ensure new concepts are feasible, scalable, and cost-efficient.
• Digital Transformation: Drive adoption of advanced tools to create complex geometries impossible via traditional methods.
• Culture of Innovation: Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster a culture of creative problem-solving across departments.
• Performance Metrics: Acceptability by Category / DEC /Inhouse Teams and implementation in projects
