What you'll do

• The Hartford's Information Protection (THIP) organization is seeking a motivated and technically curious professional to join our Directory Services team. This role will support the engineering, administration, and maintenance of key identity and directory technologies that help secure and enable our enterprise environment.
• As a Directory Services Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to support platforms including Active Directory, Active Roles Server (ARS), CyberArk, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). You will gain hands-on experience with identity and access management technologies while contributing to operational support, platform maintenance, automation initiatives, and modernization efforts.
• This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in infrastructure, identity management, and cybersecurity. The successful candidate will build technical expertise, contribute to process improvements, and develop a broad understanding of enterprise directory services and access management technologies.
