What you'll do

• What are the Key Deliverables in this role?
• Financial Outcomes
• Cost of poor quality & wastage reduction: Tracking Cost of poor quality, reporting on regular basis and ensure testing on time and releasing of results.
• Customer Service
• Customer/Consumer Complaints: Monitor the customer & consumer complaints, prepare detailed root cause analysis and mitigation plan to be prepared for genuine complaint.
• Checking for any complaints or Out of specs in testing and conducting RCA and taking CA.
• Internal Processes
• Daily reporting of Quality KPI.
• Responsible for ensuring food safety systems are in place.
• Responsible for GMP and GHP in the unit.
