What you'll do

• OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE
• Serve as a scientific authority, facilitating high-quality, compliant medical exchanges with key HCPs in the territory for the relevant products and therapeutic area.
• Execute Takeda's medical strategy with a focus on scientific excellence, omnichannel engagement and agility driven by actionable insights.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders, communicating Takeda's scientific and clinical value.
• Capture and relay structured, high-value field insights to guide medical strategy.
• Financial: Revenue/budget accountability as applicable to the role. [Add country figures]
• Leadership / People: Individual contributor; leads cross-functional/account teams without formal line authority. Direct reports: 0.
• Geographic scope: Regional - Intercontinental; Country/territory: India (East India)
• ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop and implement territory-specific scientific engagement plans aligned with product launch goals and therapeutic-area strategy.

Who can apply

• Advanced scientific degree required (PhD, PharmD or MD preferred; MSc acceptable).
• Solid of field medical (MSL) experience, ideally in competitive specialty markets.
• Strong scientific communication, digital/analytical and omnichannel engagement skills.
• Proficiency in English (regional languages an asset); willingness to travel up to 60-70%.
• Full understanding of the regulatory, legal and ethical framework for non-promotional engagement.
