• Job Requisition: R44095 => Senior Associate, Data Operations - Alternative Investments
• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Operations Senior Associate to join our growing Alternative Investments Operations team.
• This role is critical to supporting a global follow-the-sun operating model, ensuring investor fund documents are received, retrieved, and prepared for downstream review and extraction teams.
• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring client document inflows, navigating GP and investor portals, and ensuring all incoming alternative investment documents are received within established service-level agreements. This position serves as a key operational link between our India-based (UK time shift) review team, helping drive operational efficiency, timeliness, and quality across the document processing lifecycle.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn new technology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
