What you'll do

• Transfer Agency/ Financial Services Operations Representatives

Who can apply

• As a Financial Services Operations Representative, you will be providing transaction-processing services with a service orientated approach for our Mutual Fund client. You will work as part of a team to provide proactive and innovative solutions with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Perform daily account activities to provide excellent service to our customers by processing financial service requests with efficiency and accuracy.
• After attending formal training, execute service requests, which include purchases, redemptions, account maintenance, and new account set-up.
• Meet and surpass quality and productivity objectives within current role, bringing a quality mindset to all aspects of the work.
• Review transactions for quality, ensuring the accuracy of the work entered; escalating areas of concern as needed.
