What you'll do

  • Lead front-end development and drive architectural decisions for scalable applications.
  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and NextJS.
  • Build reusable UI components and ensure consistency across applications.
  • Collaborate closely with backend teams for seamless API integration.
  • Implement real-time features and optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex front-end issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to UI/UX improvements and enhance overall user experience.
  • Maintain documentation, standards, and development guidelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern front-end technologies.

Who can apply

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in front-end development with strong expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS for building scalable web applications.
  • Experience in building responsive, high-performance, and reusable UI components using TailwindCSS or similar frameworks.
  • Experience implementing real-time features using WebSockets.
  • Strong experience in API integration (REST/GraphQL) and state management.
  • Good working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js / NestJS.
  • Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of component-based architecture, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and improving application performance.
  • Proven experience in leading development teams and driving architectural discussions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
