What you'll do

• We seek a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong background in data visualization, Tableau Dashboards, and expertise in healthcare data. As a Data Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights, helping our client organization make informed decisions.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop interactive and visually appealing Tableau Dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Utilize strong SQL skills to develop complex joins and queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain data models and reporting solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis, visualization, and healthcare data.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, at least the last two years in the healthcare industry.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau, and creating interactive dashboards.
• Experience in developing SQL joins and queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Solid understanding of healthcare data, EHR systems, Hospital Management, Revenue Cycle Management, and related regulatory requirements.
• Tableau Certification is highly desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL training and certification.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
