What you'll do

• L2 Cloud Support: Provide Level 2 technical support for end-user incidents and requests within a multi-vendor cloud environment.
• FinOps & Cost Optimization: Oversee FinOps operations, mastering both Azure and AWS Cost Explorer to guide projects and end-users in optimizing their cloud infrastructure costs.
• Automation & Scripting: Collaborate closely with Cloud Architects and Operators to transition day-to-day operational activities into automated workflows using scripts and cloud-native serverless tools.
• Required Qualifications:
• Proven hands-on experience with Azure and AWS platforms, including Cloud Security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Azure governance, with required expertise in Azure Policies and Initiatives .
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell , combined with hands-on experience in Azure Runbooks, Azure Functions , and Azure Logic Apps for automating tasks in virtualized environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in an international, multicultural team.
• A strong sense of autonomy and a drive to continuously improve existing environments.

Who can apply

• AI-Assisted Automation: Experience or interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or cloud-native AI) to accelerate scripting and troubleshooting.
