What you'll do

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Act as tier one support for Digital Enablement managing, resolving, and escalating support cases accordingly within the Salesforce platform.
Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and ensure smooth adoption of new Salesforce features.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending enhancements to Digital Enablement team.
Document configurations, processes, and best practices to support team knowledge-sharing and compliance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Who can apply

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is highly preferred.

Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or automation to improve productivity and operational effectiveness, or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and apply such technologies at scale.
