What you'll do
- Design, document, and continuously improve finance processes together with key stakeholders
- Define clear end-to-end workflows, roles, making sure everything fits together across teams
- Ensure finance ways of working comply with policies, guidelines, and internal controls
- Drive continuous improvement through change implementation, training, and ongoing process support
- Location and flexibility
- You’re based in Stockholm, Dublin, Tampere or Pune, with a hybrid setup that supports flexible, partly remote work.

You’ve worked in financial environments and understand how structured ways of working drive better decisions.
