What you'll do

• Curate, organize and package existing content into practical, seller-ready resources aligned to priority sales motions and business needs.
• Identify seller content needs and gaps using field feedback, business priorities, performance insights and existing assets.
• Define requirements and provide guidance to content producers and subject-matter experts when new or enhanced content is needed.
• Create or adapt sales enablement content directly when appropriate, while leveraging existing assets wherever possible.
• Partner with sellers and sales leaders to test content, gather feedback and improve usability and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain sales playbooks, conversation resources, performance support and other seller-facing enablement materials.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and other content owners to connect approved messaging and assets to seller needs.
• Help maintain content organization, governance, lifecycle and findability across enablement platforms.
• Use content analytics, search behavior and field feedback to improve content utilization and effectiveness.
• Apply AI and automation to accelerate content curation, packaging, creation and maintenance.

Who can apply

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement, sales content, content strategy, product marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience curating, developing and packaging content for sales or other commercial audiences.
• Strong writing, editing and content-development skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable resources.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales and seller content needs.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with sellers, sales leaders, subject-matter experts and content producers.
• Strong communication, collaboration and project-management skills.
