What you'll do

• Russell Investments, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a skilled Workday Specialist to enhance our Global HR Operations team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with global stakeholders supporting the technology and infrastructure that drive our HR business processes.
• We are looking for candidates with 6+ years of experience in the Workday HCM product suite and strong expertise in Workday reporting, dashboard development, and data analytics, including experience with Power BI and/or Workday Prism Analytics. • Years of Experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Workday Specialist using extensive functional knowledge of the Workday HCM product suite (including Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Absence, and Time)
• 6+ years of Workday HCM administration experience, including advanced reporting, dashboard development, security administration, business process administration, and integrations
• Demonstrated experience building complex Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions; experience with Power BI and/or Workday Prism Analytics strongly preferred

Who can apply
