What you'll do

• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Recruits, selects, onboards, trains, and mentors employees.

• To maintain a proper ratio of trained and untrained employees
• Improvement in FTF (First Test Failure) at different stages of production
• To collect and analyze rejection data
• Training of New Operator
• Skill Matrix Preparation For Operator
• To keep inventory control on shop floor

Who can apply

• Excellent knowledge of production, and quality control principles. The solar background will be an additional advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Supervising skills.
